After discovering meditation in 2009, I wanted to explore holistic therapies and how they could improve my well being. Meditation I found was an enormous stress relief, calmed my busy mind and allowed me to be more in the moment. Around this time I also started having regular reiki healing sessions, feeling the immense benefits of this deeply relaxing therapy,

I decided to train in Reiki levels 1 and 2 in 2010, becoming a Reiki master in 2014. An interest in crystals quickly followed, and after a few workshops learning how they could be incorporated into everyday life and Reiki healing, I trained for a diploma. Since then, I have added Angel Reiki and Animal Reiki to my skills which seemed a natural progression with my years of working with animals.

During a Reiki healing session in 2015 the practitioner picked up on my digestive issues, I had been plagued with these on and off for years, even visiting my GP for blood tests which came back with as normal. The Reiki practitioner suggested I visit a Kinesiologist, although aware of muscle testing and kinesiology, I had never had a session but I was intrigued to see how it could help me.

Kinesiology was like nothing I had ever experienced before, and I was extremely impressed. It was my body telling the story, showing the nutritional, emotional and energetic imbalances and choosing the Bach flower remedies and nutrition to support my healing and well being. I had four sessions, four weeks apart, which included removing toxins, identifying food sensitivities and removing the offending substances for a short period to heal inflammation. My energy levels, focus and digestion improved greatly.

Feeling the difference the Bach flower remedies had made to my emotions, I completed a diploma in Flower remedies. Some years later, after wanting a change in direction, I studied for a Foundation and then a Diploma with the Kinesiology Association. Kinesiology has helped me through grief, stress and an early menopause. Unable to take HRT, Kinesiology I have found to be an indispensable support system, for the many physical and emotional symptoms associated with peri menopause and menopause.

In 2024 a friend Introduced me to The Emotion Code, and after feeling the impact of just removing a couple of emotions, I wanted to add this to my skill set and become a certified practitioner. It is especially well integrated into Kinesiology sessions but I am also able to offer it as a stand alone healing method.

To keep myself in balance I participate in regular meditation, psychic and mediumship development classes, occasional breath work and of course regular Kinesiology sessions.
